Beginning the Journey: Opening the Doors to the Unknown
The first step in any journey always starts with a question. My name is Seb Janiak, and it was the questions that have troubled me for years that led me to create this blog and begin writing a book titled “Unde Venis?”. Some of these questions might seem simple, others may be provocative, but they all share a common goal: to understand the reality we live in.
• Does God really have a beard?
• Why is God portrayed as a man in many religions?
• What exactly is the Holy Spirit?
• Can God be offended?
• Why would God disapprove of LGBT people and women?
• Why is God against the use of condoms and children conceived through IVF?
• Why are Muslims punished for eating pork, while Christians are punished for having more than one wife?
• Why do Muslims pray exactly five times a day, and not two or seven?
• What exactly is the rectangular structure in Mecca?
• Why do some prayers work, while others don’t?
• Does God only hear my prayers if I pray in a church, synagogue, or mosque?
• Why would my God be more important than yours?
• Do angels have wings? And if so, why, since they don’t need them to fly?
• What did Ezekiel write about in his biblical book?
• What was Jesus’ ascension to heaven like?
• Did being born before Christ mean that people couldn’t enter heaven?
• What exactly does sin mean?
These questions are just the tip of the iceberg. My search for answers has taken me down various paths – from ancient texts to philosophical debates and spiritual practices. This blog is where I want to share my discoveries with you.
As I work on my book, I will use this platform to delve into these and many other topics, hoping to engage in dialogue with those who are also seeking answers. Together, we can embark on a journey into the unknown and uncover what lies ahead.
Welcome to Unde Venis?
